Once you have received your full order (all items), you are able to process a return via the return portal included in the delivery confirmation email called 'View my order'. From there, you can then select which items you'd like to keep or return.
After you've made a decision for your order, you can click 'Continue' to review your decision and then click 'Complete Purchase & Return' to generate a return label to submit your return. Once submitted, you should receive a confirmation email with the return label included, which you attach the exterior of the return package and drop off the package at the designated return facility.
